SATO FX3-LX 3-inch Smart Label Printer overview
The FX3-LX is a 3-inch direct thermal printer that SATO designed for stand-alone label printing in retail stores, food service and other busy operations. A 7-inch colour touchscreen lets staff select and print labels without a PC, and keyboards, scanners or keypads can be plugged straight into the printer.
Printing is at 305 dpi, up to 6 ips on mains power or 4 ips on the optional lithium-ion battery. It handles standard and linerless media, with cutter, partial cutter and dispenser options.
The housing is rated IPX2 and IK06 and has an antimicrobial casing, which suits food preparation areas. It can sit on a counter, be wall-mounted or carried with the battery kit, and supports SATO Online Services for remote maintenance.
