Zebra TC22/TC27 Android Mobile Computer overview
The TC22 and TC27 bring enterprise scanning and rugged build to a familiar smartphone form. Both have a 6.0-inch FHD+ touchscreen, a Qualcomm 5430 hex-core processor, 6 GB/64 GB or 8 GB/128 GB memory and either an SE4710 or SE55 advanced-range scan engine with dual scan buttons. The TC22 is Wi-Fi only, while the TC27 adds 5G/4G cellular with nano SIM and eSIM.
Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC. A 3800 mAh battery is standard with a 5200 mAh extended option, and both are user-removable. The device is sealed to IP68 and IP65 and survives 1.5 m drops to concrete with its boot.
Zebra positions the TC22/TC27 for retail price checks, mobile POS and inventory, hospitality ticketing, last-mile delivery, field service and warehouse sortation. It can also pair with Zebra's RFD40 and RFD90 RFID sleds.
