Honeywell Voyager 1400g Upgradeable Area Imaging Scanner overview
The Voyager 1400g is a wired area imager with licensable decoding. Buyers can start with a 1D version and enable PDF and 2D reading at purchase or later, so a move to 2D does not require new scanning hardware.
It reads linear barcodes omnidirectionally and, on suitable models, the most widely used 2D codes, including poor-quality and mobile codes. Honeywell keeps costs down by leaving out advanced image capture and processing features. Remote MasterMind device management is supported.
