What to send us
- Printer brand and exact model
- A photo of a bad label, and of any error light or message
- The label and ribbon you are using
- Whether the printer is under warranty. Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer, so please check them first
Before you send a printer in
- Try a printhead clean and a label calibration, following your manual
- Print a self-test, to separate a printer fault from a software fault
- Pack the printer well and remove the ribbon and labels
