Joya Smart is a personal shopping device for retail stores. An integrated rear AI camera checks cart contents and flags potential missed scans in real time, and the Shop Guard app adds insight into shopper behaviour. On its 5-inch display, shoppers can scan a QR code to see product details, nutrition facts, promotions and expiry dates, and Bluetooth headset support can guide visually impaired shoppers.
The device offers contactless indoor localization, an IP54 rating and wireless charging, and it works with existing cradles. One power supply charges up to nine devices, with a choice of fast charging or eco-mode. Listed configurations run Android v15 with a 2D imager and 13 MP camera. Joya Smart+ is described as coming soon, with a smartphone-like design and front-facing scanning.
