SATO PW4NX 4-inch Mobile Label Printer overview
The PW4NX is SATO's 4-inch mobile thermal printer, positioned as the portable partner to its CL4NX industrial range. It prints at up to 6 ips, a speed comparable to desktop printers, and keeps print quality consistent even when the battery is low.
It is built for warehouses, docks and vehicles: SATO rates it IP54 against dust and water and drop-tested to over 2 m onto concrete. A 2.4-inch colour display shows error messages and tutorial videos, and the print head can be replaced without tools.
Connectivity includes dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC pairing, with support for iOS, Android, Windows and Linux. An optional DC adapter allows powering from forklifts, and SOTI and SATO Online Services enable remote management.
