Essae DX-450EP IP68 IP69K Waterproof Weighing Scale overview
The DX-450EP is a washdown-ready scale from Essae with both IP68 and IP69K ratings. Silicon potting encapsulates the electronics, so it can be submerged or cleaned with high-pressure, high-temperature water.
The housing is plastic (ABS console) and the platter is grade 304 stainless steel that lifts off for cleaning, with a 200 x 250 mm platform. The display is green LED and a lithium-ion battery is fitted.
It targets the food industry and other harsh industrial areas.
