Essae RX-850EV Label Printing Retail Scale overview
The RX-850EV is a newer Essae label-printing scale that combines weighing, barcode labelling and printing in one made-in-India unit. It suits service counters, bakeries, sweet stalls, fresh produce sections and checkouts.
Ranges are 6 kg/1 g, 15 kg/2 g and 30 kg/5 g on a 370 x 275 mm platter, using a load cell and a 32-bit ARM processor. The 101-key keyboard has 70 preset keys, and the green 256 x 64 dot matrix LCD serves operator and customer.
The label printer runs at 80 mm/s and prints EAN-13, CODE128 and QR codes. Memory is 2 MB, expandable to 4 MB, holding 5000 or 9999 PLUs. Connections are 2 USB host ports, RS-232 and Ethernet, with Wi-Fi as a factory option.
