Novexx XPU Automatic Pallet Labeler overview
The XPU is a fully automatic pallet labeler in a protective enclosure, designed for 24/7 logistics use. It houses an XPA 936 print and apply system and a telescopic applicator.
It labels one or two adjacent pallet sides with a single stop, three sides optionally, and can handle up to 200 pallets per hour at two labels each. A barcode validation scanner checks each label, and the unit is controlled by PLC over Ethernet. PID 3SIXTY pallet labelling software can send print data automatically, and a 4 inch panel PC is an option.
