Zebra ZT411 Industrial Barcode Printer overview
The ZT411 is the 4-inch model in Zebra's ZT400 industrial printer family. It handles both thermal transfer and direct thermal printing, prints up to 104 mm wide at speeds of up to 14 inches per second, and can be specified with a 203, 300 or 600 dpi printhead, making it suitable for everything from shipping labels to small, high-density product and component labels.
The printer accepts media rolls up to 203 mm in outer diameter on a 76 mm core and 450 m ribbons, which keeps changeovers infrequent on busy lines. USB, serial, Ethernet, Bluetooth and dual USB host ports are standard, and two open slots allow Wi-Fi, parallel, an additional Ethernet port or an applicator interface to be added.
An integrated UHF RFID encoder can be added in the field, and Zebra also offers a linerless ZT411 variant for ZeroLiner media. Typical uses named by Zebra include work-in-process and serial labelling in manufacturing, shipping and compliance labels in logistics, distribution centre labelling in retail and laboratory and pharmacy labels in healthcare.
