TSC DA220 Direct Thermal Desktop Barcode Printer overview
The DA220 is a small, low-cost direct thermal printer with no ribbon, so there is nothing to change except labels. Its double-walled clamshell case takes up little desk space. At 203 dpi it prints labels and tags up to 4.25 inches wide at 6 inches per second.
The DA220 has 128 MB Flash and 64 MB DRAM, which is more memory than the DA210. Its standard board provides USB 2.0, USB host, RS-232 and Ethernet, with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and Bluetooth available as factory options. TSPL-EZD firmware emulates Eltron, Zebra and Datamax languages.
Typical uses include small-parcel shipping, mail room and routing labels, ticketing and point-of-sale. TSC also offers linerless versions for tear-off or cutter use.
