TSC MB241T Industrial Barcode Printer overview
The MB241T is a value-focused 4-inch industrial printer for sites where floor space is tight. TSC says its bi-fold media door cuts the space needed to operate it by 24%. The all-metal print mechanism on a metal frame keeps printing stable, and you can adjust printhead pressure and heat line to suit the media.
At 203 dpi it prints at up to 12 ips, takes 8-inch OD label rolls and uses 450 m ribbons. It can also handle thicker media such as hang tags. Options include a cutter, an internal rewinder, a peel-off kit, linerless tear-off and cutter kits, and factory-fitted RAIN UHF RFID with tear or cutter. The RFID versions encode while printing and support on-metal tags up to 1.65 mm thick.
Auto-switching language emulation helps when moving from other printer brands. TSC Standalone Creator, TSCPRTGo, SOTI Connect, TSC Console and the built-in web page cover template access and remote management.
