CipherLab 1600 Series Pocket-Sized Bluetooth Barcode Scanners overview
The 1600 series is a family of pocket scanners for healthcare, field sales and field service. Three reader options exist: a laser model, a linear imager model and a 2D imager model.
Power comes from AAA cells or a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, and the unit can work all day. In memory mode it stores up to 240,000 scans, and Bluetooth sends data to phones and PDAs in real time. The 1600H healthcare variant is easy to wipe clean with alcohol.
