Zebra MC3390xR Long-Range Handheld UHF RFID Reader overview
The MC3390xR combines an Android keypad mobile computer with an integrated long-range UHF RFID reader in one gun-grip device. Its linear-polarised antenna reaches a nominal read range of 29 m and reads more than 900 tags per second, which makes it suited to reading tags on high racking and across large areas.
It supports EPC Class 1 Gen2, EPC Gen2 V2, ISO 18000-63 and Gen2X, and includes an SE4770 or SE4850 extended-range barcode imager for mixed barcode and RFID workflows. The device has a 4-inch colour display, a choice of 29, 38 or 47-key keypads, a Snapdragon 660 processor and a 7000 mAh battery, and is upgradeable to Android 14.
It is IP54 sealed, survives 1.5 m drops and operates from -20 °C to 50 °C. Zebra targets cross-docking, item tracking, cycle counting, receiving, omni-channel fulfilment and manufacturing inventory.
