Printronix Auto ID T820 Enterprise Desktop Thermal / RFID Printer overview
The T820 is the 203 dpi model in the Printronix Auto ID T800 desktop series. A 300 dpi T830 is also available. It brings features usually found on industrial printers into a desktop machine. It prints at up to 8 inches per second, holds a 300 m ribbon for fewer roll changes, and is rated for more than 2,500 labels a day.
It was the first Printronix Auto ID desktop printer built on the Printronix System Architecture (PSA), which gives it the same 3.5-inch colour LCD, nine-key control panel and menu system as the brand's industrial printers. Ethernet, USB host, USB device and RS-232 come as standard. Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and MFi Bluetooth 5.0 are optional, and it works with PrintNet Enterprise and SOTI Connect.
The optional RAIN UHF RFID system (T820 RFID) has a multi-position antenna, automatic RFID label calibration and on-pitch encoding of labels down to 0.625 inch, depending on the inlay. Cutter and peeler options are also available.
