Datalogic Matrix 830-930 High-Resolution 2D Imager overview
The Matrix 830 and 930 are image-based readers for logistics, retail and manufacturing conveyors. The 830 has 16 MP resolution and the 930 has 28 MP, each with an 8000-pixel-wide sensor. One unit can cover a belt up to 1.2 m wide, which cuts the number of cameras needed. Barcodes can be read on belts moving at up to 3.5 m/s.
An optional integrated range sensor adds patented dynamic focus without extra wiring or power supplies, and software or sequential focus are also offered. PackTrack with multi-core processing handles packages with gaps as small as 100 mm. SyncNet links cameras without a network hub. It has two Ethernet TCP/IP and two serial interfaces, an IP65 rating and an operating range of 0 to 50°C.
