Evolis Avansia Retransfer Card Printer overview
Avansia is Evolis's higher-capacity retransfer printer for organisations that need durable, high-definition cards with security features. Dual-sided printing is standard, and the retransfer process covers the card edge to edge, including over embedded chips and on PET, PC and ABS card bodies.
The printer holds 250 cards in both its feeder and output hopper and connects over USB and Ethernet. Magnetic stripe and combined contact/contactless smart card encoders can be fitted, and security is supported by an RFID locking key, an optional mechanical lock for consumables and a Kensington slot. A dual-sided card lamination module is available.
Evolis suggests Avansia for corporate ID cards, secure access badges, student cards, payment and loyalty cards, national ID cards and driving licences.
