Evolis High Trust Card Printer Cleaning Kits overview
Plastic cards can carry static and attract dust, so Evolis requires routine cleaning to keep print quality consistent and to maintain the print head warranty. The High Trust cleaning range provides a separate tool for each part of the printer: swabs and pens for the print head, pre-saturated and adhesive cards for cleaning rollers, pre-saturated cards and T cards for transport rollers, adhesive cards for laminators, and wipes for general printer cleaning.
Kits are offered as single-purpose packs (for example the A5002 PRINTERCLEAN pack of 50 pre-saturated cards or the A5003 pack of 25 print head swabs) and as combined regular and advanced kits. Evolis publishes cleaning intervals per printer model, and skipping them can void the print head warranty.
Check the Evolis datasheet for the kit that matches your printer model.
