Evolis High Trust YMCKO Colour Ribbon overview
The YMCKO ribbon is the standard full-colour consumable for Evolis direct-to-card printers. It carries yellow, magenta and cyan dye panels for photographs and graphics, a black resin panel for crisp text and barcodes, and a clear overlay panel that protects the printed card surface.
It can be used for single- or dual-sided colour printing and is intended for PVC or composite PVC cards. Evolis states that cards printed with it can last up to three years. Ribbons carry an RFID tag so compatible printers recognise and configure them automatically, and an EASY4PRO variant without a cassette is offered for high-volume users.
Prints per roll depend on the printer model (see specifications).
